BFSI Focus — Target Segments & Next Steps
22 & 25 SEPT
22 Sept — introduction session.
25 Sept — meeting summary; Savvycom is planning to focus on the BFSI industry.
1 · Banking (Small & Medium)
ACB Bank · Vietcombank · VietinBank
2 · Fintech
MoMo — one of the largest fintech companies in Vietnam
3 · Insurance
AIA · Prudential · GE
4 · Healthcare
Not a current focus — no relevant case studies available yet. Savvycom plans to explore this segment in the future.
Next Steps
Prospect SheetConvert the current prospect sheet into an online Google Sheet for easier collaboration and
updates. @kellywqwu (Wu Qing) to fill in the background and current progress / status of the
4 prospects, so Savvycom's Dave understands each case and can reach out to drive testing.
BFSI Solution TrainingSavvycom wants us to deliver training on the relevant Tencent Cloud solutions and use cases
for the BFSI targets above. After the training, Savvycom will shortlist the right solution per client
based on business need, then start customer outreach and promotion.
Standard Voucher & Credit GuidelinePropose an internal standard voucher / credit allocation template that defines the recommended
amount by customer type and the corresponding usage scenario — so Savvycom can allocate within a standard range
without confirming case by case. Recommendation: start at USD 300–500 per customer for testing. We do not yet know real consumption
levels, so begin small and scale up based on actual usage and client interest. Awaiting
Kelly's view on the right standard amount and allocation rules.
OwnerPat to align with Kelly (Wu Qing) on the prospect sheet inputs and the voucher/credit standard;
then schedule the BFSI solution training for Savvycom.
AIS — Meeting Memo, 23 Sept 2026
AIS · QA
WeTest / Test Farm — Automation POC
POC TO SCOPE
QA team currently does manual testing and is interested in automation.
POC focus: how to write automation scripts · how scripts are executed on Test Farm ·
Dart / Flutter support.
Also to discuss: API key, quota creation, and crash issues.
Blocker to resolve:App Dome conflicts with Test Farm, but AIS still needs
App Dome to launch the app. We must validate App Dome + WeTest Test Farm compatibility
before the POC can be meaningful.
Next stepCreate a LINE group with K'Sasiporn (QA) and the technical teams —
K'Bank will help pull the group. Then run the compatibility validation and lock POC scope.
AIS · CCOE — P'Wha Visut
GPU Opportunity — Open-Source LLM & Fine-Tuning
COMPETITIVE — QUOTE NEEDED
Use case: deploy Bozen / Typhoon and other open-source LLMs,
plus fine-tuning for Thai-language applications.
Model size is relatively small, so AIS may prefer pay-as-you-go.
Huawei is proposing NPU and AIS plans to run a POC — we are in a competitive eval.
Next stepFollow up on Tencent GPU requirements and provide a price quote before
AIS locks the Huawei NPU POC.

CLS, Public Cloud & TokenHub — Three Tracks
INFO GATHERING
CLS — information to collect: the CLS tool in use and data capacity.
Infra Public Cloud: client is currently on UIH cloud. Request their
workload details so we can price it for comparison.
TokenHub: client currently uses Claude Code — ask P'Por whether
they are interested in testing TokenHub.
Next stepPrepare an account for testing (CLS), obtain the workload list for the public-cloud
comparison quote, and confirm TokenHub interest via P'Por.
Sappe — EdgeOne Follow-Up & New Sessions
Sappe
EdgeOne (WAF & Web Security) Materials Sent
AWAITING MARKETING SLOT
Follow-up email sent thanking the team for the meeting, with additional information on
Tencent Cloud EdgeOne — our WAF and Web Security solution.
Attached: EdgeOne overview and the EdgeOne vs Cloudflare comparison document.
Two Additional Sessions Proposed
1 · AI Agent & Token Optimization
Overview of AI Agent solutions · using LLMs via TokenHub · approaches to manage and reduce token cost.
2 · AIGC for Marketing
AIGC use cases for marketing · AI content creation (images, video, marketing content) · live demo.
Request sent: asking the team to coordinate and check with Marketing whether a
Tuesday morning slot works for the AIGC pitch session.
GPU pricing to be prepared and sent separately.
Next stepLock the Marketing AIGC session slot (Tuesday morning) and send the
GPU pricing follow-up.

Tencent Cloud Introduction & Channel Onboarding
NEW PARTNER
Delivered Tencent Cloud International introduction and channel procedure training.
Their main customers are SAP ERP clients — SAP use case is the key hook.
Information Requested
SAP use case — provide, as their customers are SAP ERP clients.
MPS requirements and certifications — provide information.
Channel policy — send channel policy information.
Next stepSend all three packages, then move to weekly meetings once reviewed to
keep the momentum.
Channel — Tiew Hong Silom Group
Tiew Hong Silom Group
TokenHub Test Passed — Wants to Resell Token
ONBOARD AS CHANNEL
Tested TokenHub and are happy with the outcome.
Interested in becoming a channel to resell token for any project that needs it.
For internal use they already run their own on-premise deployed LLM AI for internal
developers — so internal consumption is currently served elsewhere.
PlanOnboard them as a channel first, then gradually find a joint project to work on.
Once there is a concrete use case, persuade them to also move their internal developer workload onto us.

Summary & Priorities
Vendor Day delivered results: CB/WB + TokenHub session produced a new opportunity —
SCB X, confirmed for 6 October. Highest-priority new item this week.
Savvycom (Vietnam): 7 named BFSI targets across banking, fintech and insurance. Three
dependencies sit on us — prospect sheet inputs (Kelly), BFSI solution training,
and a standard voucher/credit guideline (proposed start: USD 300–500).
AIS: two live threads. WeTest/Test Farm is blocked on
App Dome compatibility — resolve before POC. GPU is competitive (Huawei NPU)
and needs a quote now.
Bangkok Asset Management: three tracks running in parallel — CLS account prep, public-cloud
comparison quote (they are on UIH today), and a TokenHub test probe via P'Por.
Sappe: EdgeOne materials sent; two extra sessions proposed. GPU pricing still owed.
Channel build-out:Acentura (Sri Lanka, SAP-centric) needs three info packages;
Tiew Hong Silom passed TokenHub testing and should be onboarded as a reseller channel.
FocusPriority order: ① AIS GPU quote (Huawei is moving) →
② AIS App Dome + Test Farm compatibility check & LINE group →
③ Savvycom — chase Kelly for prospect inputs, confirm voucher standard, schedule BFSI training →
④ Acentura info pack + onboard Tiew Hong Silom →
⑤ Bangkok Asset Management CLS account & workload quote →
⑥ Sappe Marketing session slot + GPU pricing.
